Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Cookie Policy informs the user about the use of cookies and similar technologies on this website (hereinafter, "the Site"), in accordance with article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the current guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on the user's device (computer, mobile or tablet) when it is visited. They allow the site to remember information about the visit —preferences, language, active session or browsing statistics— and, in some cases, also allow tracking of user behaviour for analytical or advertising purposes.
Under the general concept of "cookies", other similar technologies that store or read information on the user's device are also included (for example, local storage, session storage or embedded tracking tags).
2. Types of cookies used by the Site
The Site uses the following categories of cookies, according to their purpose:
2.1. Strictly necessary (technical) cookies
They allow the basic functioning of the Site and the provision of the service expressly requested by the user. They do not require prior consent, in accordance with current regulations. They include, among others:
- Cookies of the cookie consent manager itself, which remember the preferences selected by the user so as not to display the banner on each visit.
- Technical cookies necessary for navigation, basic security of the Site and the correct functioning of the contact form.
2.2. Analytics cookies
They allow aggregated information to be collected on the use of the Site (pages visited, time spent, devices used, traffic sources) in order to measure the audience, identify improvements and optimise the user experience. They require user consent.
Current status: active. This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-TF0YCFVWFH) with anonymised IP to measure site usage. It is loaded only if you have accepted the "analytics" category in the cookie banner. Cookies set by GA4:_ga(anonymous visitor identifier, 2 years) and_ga_TF0YCFVWFH(session state, 2 years). Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. More information: Google privacy policy.
2.3. Marketing and advertising cookies
They allow the effectiveness of advertising campaigns to be measured and ads related to user interests to be displayed, on this or other websites. They require user consent.
Current status: the controller plans the activation of marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) in the future. While this technology is not active, no cookies of this type are installed. When activated, this Cookie Policy will be updated with the corresponding details.
2.4. Cookies of embedded third-party services
The Site embeds the Google Maps service to display the location of the controller's professional office. When the user loads the page containing the map, Google may install cookies on the device in accordance with its own privacy policy. They require user consent and, until consent is granted, the map is displayed with a prior blocking mechanism (placeholder with a voluntary load button).
| Service | Provider | Purpose | More information |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Maps | Google Ireland Limited | Display office location | policies.google.com/privacy |
3. Consent management
When the user accesses the Site for the first time, a cookie banner is displayed which allows the user to:
- Accept all categories of cookies.
- Reject all cookies that are not strictly necessary.
- Customise the choice by category.
Until the user expresses their decision, the Site does not install cookies other than strictly necessary ones. Analytics, marketing or embedded third-party service cookies remain blocked until consent is granted ("prior blocking").
The user may modify or withdraw their consent at any time by accessing the cookie configuration panel available in the footer of the Site (link "Cookie settings"). The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
4. Blocking and deleting cookies in the browser
In addition to the consent manager of the Site, the user can configure their browser to block or delete stored cookies. Instructions vary depending on the browser:
- Google Chrome: support.google.com/chrome
- Mozilla Firefox: support.mozilla.org
- Safari: support.apple.com
- Microsoft Edge: support.microsoft.com
The user is advised that fully blocking cookies in the browser may affect the proper functioning of certain parts of the Site.
5. Modifications to the Cookie Policy
The controller reserves the right to modify this Cookie Policy to adapt it to legislative changes, AEPD guidelines or the incorporation of new services or technologies on the Site. Modifications will be published with the date of the last update.
For more information on the processing of personal data associated with these cookies, please consult the Privacy Policy.
